Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering (or equivalent)
  • Expert proficiency in SolidWorks, or other CAD modeling software, and a deep understanding of technical drawings, including complex datum structures and GD&T
  • Strong knowledge of diverse materials, including aluminum, steel, composites, and foam, and how they behave in transit
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate risk effectively across cross-functional teams and external partners
  • Familiarity with automated warehousing, high-volume manufacturing, and industry-standard testing (ASTM/Mil-Spec)
