Requirements

  • Develop, test, and evaluate new and existing pallet loads, secondary, and tertiary packaging systems
  • Collaborate with external vendors, engineering, purchasing, commercial, and operations leadership
  • Manage multiple assignments concurrently with moderate supervision
  • Drive projects from initiation to completion, documenting each phase, and ensuring successful closure
  • Troubleshoot new and existing packaging problems and provide creative solutions
