Job Description
Lesaffre, a global player in the fermentation of microorganisms, seeks a Packaging Operator for its Biospringer team. The role involves ensuring dried product meets specifications and following safety and quality procedures. The Packaging Operator will train and work in other departments, operate packing lines safely and efficiently, and communicate with management personnel.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or 3 years minimum experience in a similar position
  • Ability to follow instructions, learn, and ask questions
  • Mechanical aptitude and trouble-shooting skills
  • Good people skills
  • Ability to manage time and plan ahead
  • Ability to work as part of a team and independently
  • Forklift certification required
