Role OverviewThe Packaging Operator is responsible for safely operating packaging equipment while ensuring the highest integrity of the customer's product. This role focuses on preventing contamination, adhering to standardized processes, and meeting customer requirements.
What You Will Do
Operate and maintain safe packaging, material handling, and visual inspection processes within EHS and Quality policy guidelines. Adhere to Good Packaging Practices (GPPs) to maintain product integrity.

Requirements
- 6–12 months of Warehouse experience

- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Availability to work weekends and holidays as required

- Ability to work rotating shifts and adapt to last-minute schedule changes
- Flexibility to work with different crews as needed
- Ability to stand, walk, reach, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl occasionally
- Ability to lift 55 lbs
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Ability to work in various weather conditions (heat, cold, humidity, etc.)
