Packaging Operator

The Packaging Operator is responsible for packaging and labeling finished products according to customer specifications while ensuring product quality, safety, and production efficiency. This position supports daily shipping schedules, maintains a clean and organized work area, and follows all company food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.

What You Will Do

Package and label finished products, maintain production output, inspect packaged products, operate and monitor packaging equipment, maintain inventory, report equipment malfunctions, and follow GMPs and sanitation procedures.

This position requires strong attention to detail, ability to maintain an organized packaging supply inventory, and ability to adapt to changing production needs and work assignments. Previous experience in manufacturing, packaging, warehouse operations, or food processing is preferred but not required.
