Role OverviewThe Packaging Technician will properly package finished cheese product as per packaging instructions while meeting safety and quality standards. The role involves operating various packaging equipment, maintaining the packaging room to 5S standards, and adhering to all corporate regulatory, food safety, quality, and sanitation requirements.
What You Will Do
Operate packaging equipment, package finished cheese product, maintain safe working conditions, and follow all DFA good manufacturing practices (GMP).

Requirements
- Must be able to learn machine programs for settings
- Must be able to stand throughout the entire shift
- Must be able to keep up with the fast pace of packaging line
- Participate in leader standard work
- Participate in safety and 5S programs
- Must be able to read, write, and speak English
