Hogarth is the Global Content Production Company. We are seeking a Tools Manager to drive the successful delivery of projects through automation programs within the packaging team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Adobe production tools, a solid understanding of variable data workflows, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in an Adobe production environment
  • A bachelor’s degree in a design-related discipline
  • Production proficiency in XMPie or variable data, and Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
  • Experience with production automation tools
  • Excellent project management, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • A passion for AI, automation, a knack for problem-solving, and a desire to make a real impact
  • Strong strategic and technical skills
