Role OverviewAs a Packer, you will be responsible for packing product into boxes, visually inspecting the product for defects, and maintaining a clean area throughout the shift.
What You Will Do
You will keep up with a fast pace production line, pack product into boxes, and perform various tasks such as metal detector checks, gathering butter samples for QA testing, and creating labels.

Requirements
- Good eye-hand coordination
- Ability to read and understand standard work instructions
- Ability to work at a consistent, fast pace for extended periods of time
- Ability to keep up with a fast pace production line
- Be flexible with their work schedule to accommodate high work volume
- General math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
- Ability to adhere to GMP policies and maintain quality standards of the product
- A stable job history
- Previous Food Manufacturing experience is a plus!
