Role OverviewAs a Packer, you will be responsible for packing product into boxes, visually inspecting the product for defects, and maintaining a clean area throughout the shift. You will work at a fast pace and multi-task, with occasional Saturdays.
What You Will Do
Your main day-to-day responsibilities will include keeping up with rate, packing product into boxes, and performing metal detector checks. You will also gather butter samples for QA testing and transport finished product to the freezer.

Requirements
- Good eye-hand coordination
- Ability to read and understand standard work instructions
- Ability to work at a consistent, fast pace for extended periods of time
- Ability to keep up with a fast pace production line
- Be flexible with their work schedule to accommodate high work volume
- General math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
- Ability to adhere to GMP policies and maintain quality standards of the product
