Job Description
Pack the appropriate number of bags into a box and push the box down the line. Participate in team activities and maintain familiarity with Simmons' operating systems.

Requirements

  • Manually pick up bags of product and place them into the box according to customer specification.
  • Make sure each box has the correct number of bags.
  • Participate in ongoing development, communication and implementation of team concepts, programs and policies;
  • Maintain familiarity with Simmons' operating systems and communicate concerns and improvement ideas;
  • Perform other duties as necessary in support of business objectives
  • Have basic math skills
  • Display traits such as cooperation and teamwork with other employees, reliability, attention to detail, communication skills & decision quality
