Role OverviewThe Packing Specialist will perform an essential function acting as a liaison between Fulfillment Center teams, monitoring WIP dashboards, resolving inventory discrepancies, and determining the best packing method to ensure quality, accuracy, and safe storage of Parts Town products.
What You Will Do
Monitor WIP dashboards, resolve inventory discrepancies, oversee the intake process, review Quality reporting, and assist in training new team members on packaging methods.

Requirements
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills

- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of High Jump, Syspro, and Packaging equipment
- Ability to move around for long periods of time, lift parts up to 40 pounds, and utilize ladders when needed
