Role OverviewThe Packline Coordinator assists the Supervisor and the Materials Manager in leading the shift's packing, shipping, and receiving teams to accurately and efficiently pack, ship, and receive defect-free product on time, in an exemplary manner according to the company quality policies.
What You Will Do
The Primary Activities of the Packing-Shipping-Receiving Coordinator include leadership, standard work, pack rate, RF transactions, and continuous improvement/lean principles.

Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- A P&C Hilo license (or the ability to pass both written and practical tests to obtain one)
- General quality knowledge (including visual defects, missing operations, and mixed parts)
- Good communication and organizational skills
- The ability to learn: the RF system, to read orders and prioritize pack line duties, the manufacturing process of parts packed, QAD functions for packing and shipping, to create, change shippers and change Bill of Lading forms, to confirm shippers and send ASN's, the quality transactions, the DP to disposition product, the difference between P&C order numbers and customer order numbers
