As Paid Ads Specialist, you'll plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across Google and Meta to drive qualified traffic and conversions for NoGigiddy. No degree required — certifications and results speak louder. You'll work fully remote and have direct budget ownership with performance incentives.

What You Will Do

Build and manage paid campaigns on Google Ads and Meta, write compelling ad copy, set up proper tracking, monitor daily campaign performance, conduct audience research, run A/B tests, and report weekly on spend and performance.

Requirements

• No degree required
• Hands-on experience managing Google Ads or Meta Ads campaigns
• Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certification is a plus
• Strong analytical skills
