Paid Ads Specialist

As our Paid Ads Specialist, you'll plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across Google and Meta to drive qualified traffic and conversions for NoGigiddy. No degree required — certifications and results speak louder.

What You Will Do

Build and manage paid campaigns on Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram), write compelling ad copy, set up proper tracking, monitor daily campaign performance, and report weekly on spend, performance, and recommendations.

Requirements

• No degree required
• Hands-on experience managing Google Ads or Meta Ads campaigns (personal or professional)
• Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certification is a plus
• Strong analytical skills — you make decisions based on data, not gut
• Understanding of tracking and attribution
• Budget-conscious with a focus on ROAS
