Role OverviewThis part-time temporary role is ideal for a college student majoring in Communications, Human Resources, Business, or any related field of study. The position involves various duties that will either supplement the student's major field of study &/or provide experience that is a useful addition to the student's education and meaningful preparation for future professional employment.
What You Will Do
Answer customer phone calls &/or emails, assist with recruiting and candidate outreach, support onboarding activities with new hires, maintain employee and applicant records, assist with scheduling interviews and meetings, and collaborate with different ODOT teams on communication needs.

Requirements
- Must be currently enrolled in a college or university and in good academic standing.
- Available to work throughout the school year.
