Role OverviewThis role offers paid CDL-A training with one-on-one mentorship for new drivers transitioning from CDL school to solo driving. The position is based in Hickory Grove, Illinois, and involves operating in the Eastern Regional Fleet with no-touch dry van freight.
What You Will Do
Safely operate a Class A tractor-trailer, perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections, maintain accurate ELD logs, and ensure timely pickups and deliveries with clear communication to dispatch and customers.

Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL

- No more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years
- No serious traffic violations in the past 12 months
- No major preventable accidents in the last 5 years
