Role OverviewThis role offers paid CDL-A training with one-on-one mentorship from an experienced driver. The position is in-person in Bloomington, Illinois, and involves a 4 to 6 week training period before transitioning to solo driving in the Eastern Regional Fleet.
What You Will Do
Safely operate a Class A tractor-trailer, perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections, maintain accurate ELD logs, and ensure timely pickups and deliveries. You will also communicate clearly with dispatch and customers.

Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL
- 120+ hours of CDL-school training
- No more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years
- No serious traffic violations in the past 12 months
- No major preventable accidents in the last 5 years
