Role OverviewMindrift is running a research study on how people use their phones, apps, and everyday digital tools, and how that differs across languages and cultures.
What You Will Do
Spend 1-3 days with the research team in Midtown Manhattan, walk through how you use your phone and favourite apps, and share examples of your everyday phone activity.
Why It Might Be a Fit
You'll be a great fit if you're a native Dutch speaker who grew up in Belgium, use Dutch in everyday life, and are comfortable communicating in English.
Requirements
- 18+ and currently living in NYC
- A native Dutch speaker who grew up in Belgium
- You use Dutch in everyday life: texting friends, email, notes
- You've used a smartphone as your main personal phone for 3+ years
- Comfortable communicating in English
- Not currently employed by a tech or AI company
Benefits
- Compensation: $100/hour, up to $2,400 for the full study
