Job Description
Beast Industries is a multifaceted media and entertainment company founded by Jimmy Donaldson, popularly known as MrBeast. We are seeking a Paid Media Solutions Lead to develop and execute Ad sales solutions that blend paid media and branded content across MrBeast's ecosystem.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in media strategy, digital ad ops, or performance marketing, ideally at a publisher or media agency
  • Familiar with Google Ad Manager (GAM), YouTube Analytics, and other measurement tools
  • Comfortable working with creative, sales, and production teams
  • Experience with full-funnel measurement tools (brand lift, attribution, pixel tracking, etc.)
  • A go-getter attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
