Role OverviewWe are seeking a Pain Management Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team in an outpatient clinic setting. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of clinical experience in pain management, orthopedics, neurology, anesthesia, or a related field.
What You Will Do
Conduct patient evaluations, develop treatment plans, prescribe medications, and assist with interventional procedures. Monitor patient progress, document care, and coordinate multidisciplinary care.
Why It Might Be a Fit
This role requires strong clinical judgment and communication skills, with a preference for bilingual English/Spanish speakers. Experience with chronic pain management, opioid agreements, and CURES/PDMP monitoring is also preferred.
Requirements
- Active California NP or PA license
- Active DEA registration or ability to obtain
- Current BLS/ACLS certification
- Minimum 1-2 years of clinical experience in pain management, orthopedics, neurology, anesthesia, or related field
- Experience with EHR systems; eClinicalWorks or Epic preferred
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
- Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred
- Experience with chronic pain management, opioid agreements, and CURES/PDMP monitoring preferred
