Job Description
The Paint Line Racker Helper role is a production position within the aluminum manufacturing facility. This position involves assisting with coating aluminum products using machinery and operating equipment. The role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety protocols, and teamwork. The position will be in a fast-paced, chemical environment.

Requirements

  • Assist with loading and unloading materials.
  • Operate machinery and equipment as needed to support the production process.
  • Set up bake ovens based on product specifications and requirements.
  • Perform manual labor tasks, including lifting and moving materials.
  • Follow standard operating procedures (SOP) and safety protocols.
  • Report any defects or issues to Team Leader/Management.
  • Record and maintain accurate records of oven temperatures and production data.
  • Collaborate with other team members to optimize production processes.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, which includes lifting and moving up to 30 pounds occasionally.
