Paint Sales Specialist responsible for driving sales, building sales skills and product knowledge, and maintaining safety and integrity of the paint department.

Requirements

  • Provide amazing, fast sales service
  • Provide information on product features/benefits and know related items to sell an entire project
  • Greet, qualify, recommend, and close sales for customers
  • Troubleshoot customer issues/problems
  • Maintain department and product knowledge
  • Maintain in-stock position and cleanliness of assigned area
  • Work in cooperation with Store Management and other sales departments
