Role OverviewAs a Paint Technician at Crash Champions, you will perform all refinish work according to specs, match colors of paint, and communicate vehicle stages in the paint process. You will monitor painting operations to identify flaws and correct their causes. You will also mix paints, apply designs, and verify paint consistency.
What You Will Do
Your main day-to-day responsibilities will include performing refinish work, matching colors, communicating with team members, and identifying and correcting flaws in the painting process.
