Role OverviewAs a Paint Technician at Crash Champions, you will perform all refinish work according to specs, match colors of paint, and communicate vehicles' stage in the paint process. You will monitor painting operations to identify flaws and correct their causes. You will also mix paints to match color specifications or vehicles' original colors, apply designs, and verify paint consistency.

Your main day-to-day responsibilities will include performing refinish work, matching colors, communicating with team members, monitoring painting operations, and applying designs to finished products.
