Role OverviewAs a Paint Technician at Crash Champions, you will be responsible for performing all refinish work according to specs, matching colors of paint, and communicating vehicles' stage in the paint process. You will also be responsible for monitoring painting operations to identify flaws and correcting their causes. The role requires following OEM standards for blending formulas, topcoat application, and curing, as well as applying designs, lettering, or other identifying decorative items to finished products.
What You Will Do
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include performing refinish work, mixing paints, applying designs, and verifying paint consistency. You will also be responsible for laying out logos, symbols, or designs on painted surfaces according to blueprint specifications.
