Role OverviewAs a Paint Technician at Crash Champions, you will be responsible for performing all refinish work according to specs, matching colors of paint, and communicating vehicles' stage in the paint process. You will work in a fast-paced environment, identifying flaws and correcting their causes. You will follow OEM standards for blending formulas, topcoat application, and curing. You will apply designs, lettering, or other identifying decorative items to finished products. You will verify paint consistency and lay out logos, symbols, or designs on painted surfaces according to blueprint specifications.
What You Will Do
Perform refinish work according to specs, match colors of paint, communicate vehicles' stage in paint process, monitor painting operations, mix paints, apply designs, verify paint consistency, and lay out logos or designs on painted surfaces.
