Role OverviewThe Painter/Carpenter will repair and maintain all floor coverings, wall coverings, ceiling structures, painted surfaces, and exterior finishes in the hospital, central plant, and professional buildings. Additionally, they will be responsible for repairing and maintaining hospital furniture and fixtures, as well as assisting with the implementation of new procedures and safety practices.
What You Will Do
Performing minor maintenance in patient areas, including light replacements, plumbing repairs, electrical work, and projects with the director of plant operations or engineering coordinator.
