Role OverviewWe are looking for a Painter/Roadway and Grounds Crew Member to support our Kodak Rochester Facilities (KRF) group. The Kodak Rochester Facilities (KRF) group is responsible for the management of buildings and site services, contract and supplier management. Supporting several operational areas, Eastman Business Park growth and strategic initiatives.
What You Will Do
Plans and performs all necessary preparation and painting refinishing buildings (interior and exterior). Performs other special duties requiring comparable skill and responsibility as directed by supervision.
Why It Might Be a Fit
REQUIRES: 2-5 years’ experience. Interior - Office and Breakroom type areas. Exterior - Painting of buildings and building areas, line striping of parking lots with paint sprayer, bollards, and area for safety symbols, etc.
Requirements
- 2-5 years’ experience
- Knowledge of the standard practices, materials, tools, and equipment used in the maintenance of Painting and Roadway/ Grounds activities
- Knowledge of safety issues in the use of tools, equipment, and supplies
- Hands-on experience working with materials
- Strong, working knowledge of painting techniques and methods
- Proficient in using electrical and hand tools as well as measurement tools
- Ability to climb a ladder at times
- Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 50lbs/23kg
