You will be responsible for planning, executing, and completing painting projects across our statewide portfolio, ensuring high-quality workmanship, adherence to safety standards, and timely completion of all assigned projects.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of demonstrated skills in commercial painting
  • High Proficiency with tools and equipment used in painting the interior and exterior of properties
  • Highly Skilled in preparing and painting interior/exterior of commercial spaces
  • Knowledge of OSHA safety and quality standards for painting in commercial settings
  • Experience submitting accurate expense reports and maintaining all project receipts to ensure adherence to established budgets
