Role OverviewThe Painter will perform interior and exterior painting, staining, sealing, and touch-up work. They will prepare surfaces, repair minor drywall damage, and maintain painted surfaces. The Painter will also operate commercial pressure-washing and surface-cleaning equipment safely.
What You Will Do
The Painter's main day-to-day responsibilities will include performing painting and pressure washing tasks, maintaining exterior areas, and assisting the Facilities team with property improvement projects.

Requirements
- Previous professional painting, pressure washing, facilities maintenance, construction, or related experience
- Knowledge of interior and exterior painting techniques and surface preparation
- Experience operating pressure-washing equipment
- Basic knowledge of drywall repair, caulking, patching, and general maintenance
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to communicate effectively with Facilities leadership, property teams, vendors, and other employees
