Role OverviewAt Spruce Peak, we are looking for a painter to join our maintenance crew. As the painter, you will be an integral member of the team, responsible for delivering high-quality painting services across various projects. Your role will include preparing surfaces, mixing and applying paint, and ensuring a flawless finish.

You will be responsible for delivering high-quality painting services across various projects, including preparing surfaces, mixing and applying paint, and ensuring a flawless finish. In addition to your painting expertise, a solid understanding of tile and drywall repair will be essential.

Requirements
- Must be familiar with all types of paints, stains, varnishes, lacquers, clear coats and strippers.
- Experience with color matching, paint applications and surface preparation.
- Experience with drywall repairs, tile repairs both floor and wall and carpet.
- Experience with brush and roller selection as well the use of hand tools, spraying equipment and some power tools.
- Ability to read and write the English language fluently.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
