Painter

This position will be responsible for the prep and painting of In-N-Out Burger restaurants and other company facilities throughout Southern California.

What You Will Do

Paint the interior and exterior of In-N-Out Burger restaurants and other company facilities, use brush and roller, airless, HVLP, and a variety of paint products, make on-site preparations, and complete necessary paperwork.

Why It Might Be a Fit

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of experience as a Painter, excellent knowledge of painting materials, and the ability to travel and be out of town for up to a week or more.

Requirements

• Minimum of two (2) years experience as a Painter
• Successful completion of a Painting apprenticeship preferred
• Excellent knowledge of painting material and how to select, mix and apply them
• Ability to use appropriate tools (paint brushes, caulking guns, etc.)
• Familiarity with OSHA general safety practices for the painting industry preferred
• Ability to travel and be out of town for up to a week or more
• In-N-Out Burger associate/store experience preferred
• Must be in good standing with the store
• Great attention to detail
• Represent the company in a positive and professional manner
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
• Valid California Driver's License
• High school diploma or GED
