Painter

We are seeking a dependable and experienced Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be dependable, hardworking, and comfortable working independently while maintaining a clean and professional work environment.

What You Will Do

Paint resident rooms, common areas, offices, hallways, and other designated areas. Prepare surfaces by cleaning, patching, sanding, and priming as needed before painting. Apply paint, stains, and other appropriate coatings.
