Job Description
Responsible for maintaining all painted and stained finishes, interior and exterior, in all buildings and structures. Emphasis on exterior of historical buildings and wooden structures exposed to elements.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum four (4) years technical background and six (6) years related work experience
  • Must possess a developed knowledge of painting means and methods and a willingness to keep up with changes in the painting industry
  • Knowledge of the construction methods of historic and contemporary building and structures preferred
