Job Description
Powder Painter position responsible for performing all powder paint activities within the Paint Shop. Performs labor operations and operates hand tools to demask product. Must have high school diploma and one year of experience in a manufacturing environment.

Requirements

  • Perform all operations and activities related to the powder paint processes
  • Perform labor operations such as loading/unloading of the paint line using the manipulators or forklifts
  • Properly prep/mask machine/parts for paint
  • Apply Continuous Improvement Tools and Techniques to improve inspection methods
  • Operate Crane and Rigging Equipment
  • Apply Problem Solving Tools and Techniques in an effort to assist Manufacturing in the elimination of defects
