Role OverviewWe are looking for a Pallet Builder to join our team. This is a piece rate position, which means your pay is based on your production. The more you produce, the more you earn. This role is best for someone who is self-motivated and wants to control their own pay.
What You Will Do
Build pallets according to specification sheets, maintain a clean and organized work area, read and understand pallet build specifications, select the correct materials, use the proper nail gun, and obtain approval from a Quality Inspector.

Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Able to stand for the full shift
- Able to use or learn to use a nail gun and read a tape measure
- Works well with others
- Self-driven and able to keep up in a fast-paced, physical job
- Reliable and shows up to work on time
