What You Will Do
Inspect and repair pallets, sort and grade pallets, meet production goals, and collaborate with a diverse team.

Requirements
- Familiarity with pallet repair tools (nail gun, hammer, pry bar, grinding wheel, Sawzall) is a plus.
- Forklift experience and certification preferred, but not required.
- Experience in a fast-paced warehouse or manufacturing environment preferred.
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience preferred.
- A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and teamwork.
