Role OverviewAs a core member of our frozen warehouse and distribution team, you will be expected to work in a -20 degree environment to move product from a conveyor and stack onto a pallet. You will prepare pallets filled with delicious ice cream for the warehouse before it is sent to our customers. You will work as a team to support the production of safe, high quality products and team member safety.
What You Will Do
Work in an extreme cold climate, reaching temperatures below -20° F. Lift up to 50 lbs. throughout the entire shift, multiple days a week. Use proper lifting/bending techniques from ground level to overhead at times. Push/pull 2000 lbs. for an extended amount of time using pallet jacks manual or electric.

Requirements
- Minimum education of a High School diploma, GED or HSE
- Experience working with PIV
- Schedule flexibility to work various shifts as needed, especially for training
- Ability to abide by GMP and SQF requirements
- Ability to legibly complete paperwork
- Ability to work in a team environment to accomplish set goals
- Work with a safety mindset and in an efficient manner
