Provide comprehensive Palliative Medicine services, addressing both early and later-stage palliative care needs for patients and their families. Enjoy the flexibility to craft your practice between inpatient and outpatient settings based on your preferences.

Requirements
- A valid and unrestricted California medical license (or ability to obtain a license)
- Successful completion of a Hospice and Palliative Medicine or Geriatric Medicine fellowship, OR BE/BC in Palliative Care, OR Significant experience (minimum 2 years) in a focused Palliative Care program
- A passion for providing clinically excellent care
