Job Description
Role Overview

The ideal candidate will be responsible for reviewing and streamlining paperwork processes, identifying areas of improvement, and developing strategies to reduce paperwork burden. The role involves supporting all aspects of ITA Paperwork Reduction Act Program, liaising between ITA stakeholders and DOC PRA Officer, and tracking and controlling all ITA ICRs. The candidate will also provide guidance to help the customer experience program and stakeholders of ITA as a High Impact Service Provider.

What You Will Do

The candidate will review ICR packages, check their completeness and accuracy, suggest edits as necessary, and file ICR packages and associated documentation into the PRA records storage. They will also create new or extension packages within ROCIS for submission to OMB, track the Federal Register, and monitor PRA@trade.gov for internal requests or public comments received.

  • Prior experience working in compliance, regulatory affairs, or a similar role preferred
