Role OverviewThe Para One to One supports the teacher in delivering educational programs to individual or groups of students. The role involves assisting students with lessons, modifying activities to meet individual needs, and maintaining records of student performance. The Para One to One also assists with events, conferences, and gatherings to link academic assistance between the school, classroom teacher, families, and community.
What You Will Do
Assist students with lessons, work with teachers to modify activities, assist with monitoring and maintaining records, and assist with events and conferences.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- 48 accredited college credits or pass a state-approved assessment
- Pass Physical Capacity Test (PCP)
- Ability to communicate verbally and written
- Ability to work as a team player
- Ability to plan, organize, and make decisions
