Assist the teacher in the education of students with high incidence disabilities, including instructional assistance, organization, record keeping, and management of student behavior.

Requirements

  • Supervises students in class setting
  • Assists in managing classroom routines and procedures
  • Assists in interventions to redirect behavior
  • Assists students to and from buses
  • Assists in caring for student's medical needs
  • Assists students with basic needs including self-care, hygiene, feeding, toileting, diapering, dressing, and physical transfers
