Job Description
Assist the teacher in the education of students with intensive services in a regular classroom program, implementing student behavior plans, providing feedback to students and teachers, and maintaining confidentiality of student and staff information.

Requirements

  • Supervise students in class setting
  • Assist in managing classroom routines and procedures
  • Assist in interventions to redirect behavior
  • Document any occurrences and provide feedback to develop positive self-esteem of student
  • Assist students to and from assigned areas
  • Demonstrate typing skills
  • Interline all Braille material for tests and daily lessons
