Role OverviewAssist students with physical or behavioral needs or who are medically fragile, providing direct support and helping them access their education through academic support, behavior management, and fostering independence.
What You Will Do
Assist with individualized and small group instruction for students of all educational levels, help students with unique needs outlined in their Individualized Education Plans (IEP), and provide direct support to students.

Requirements
- Be at least eighteen years of age and hold a high school diploma or its equivalent
- Meet one of the following: Hold an associate degree or higher from an accredited college or university, have earned 72 quarter credits or 48 semester credits at the 100 level or higher at an accredited college or university, or passed one of the following Professional Educator Standards Board approved assessments: ETS ParaPro Assessment Score of 455 or higher, Para Pathways Score of 324 in Reading and Writing and a Score of 325 in Mathematics, Pearson Paraprofessional Assessment Score of 220 or higher, or Master Teacher Inc. Paraeducator Training Program Score of 65% or higher
