Job Description
We are searching for a Paralegal -- someone who works well in a fast-paced setting. The position provides legal support to attorneys in the contract review and approval process, including drafting contracts, managing workflows, and coordinating documents.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Paralegal Certification required
  • A bachelor’s degree will substitute for four years of experience and the paralegal certification
  • 5 years paralegal experience required
  • 1 year experience working with contracts in a corporate department/law firm required
