Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Business Litigation Paralegal to support attorneys in all phases of complex commercial litigation. This role involves managing discovery, drafting litigation documents, and providing trial and hearing support in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Requirements

  • Manage document and discovery processes
  • Draft and assist with pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and other litigation-related filings
  • Support attorneys with trial and hearing preparation
  • Attend trials and hearings as needed
  • Maintain litigation calendars and track deadlines
  • Coordinate with attorneys, clients, experts, vendors, and court personnel as needed
  • Manage electronic and physical case files
  • Assist with special projects and additional litigation-related tasks
