Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to support attorneys in all phases of litigation. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong judgment, excellent organizational skills, and a collaborative, service-oriented approach.

Requirements

  • Minimum of five (5) years of litigation experience
  • Paralegal certificate preferred
  • Eminent Domain experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
  • Proven ability to prioritize tasks, accommodate urgent requests, and deliver error-free work
  • Knowledge of legal terminology and litigation procedures to ensure accuracy and completeness of filings
  • Strong analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional, courteous, and client-focused approach
  • Ability to think creatively, recommend process improvements, and implement best practices
