Job Description
Snell & Wilmer L.L.P. is seeking a full-time Paralegal to join its Commercial Finance practice group in Salt Lake City. The role involves reviewing title commitments, exception documents, and property surveys, as well as loan document preparation and closing coordination.

Requirements

  • Baccalaureate degree and paralegal certificate from ABA-accredited paralegal training program or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • At least 3 years of experience as a paralegal within a commercial finance practice group or equivalent experience
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize assignments while delivering consistent, quality work-product to both attorneys and clients
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to self-start
  • Ability to work independently with appropriate supervision and to seek help when needed
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
