Job Description
The Opportunity: Real Estate Paralegal, an exciting role at a highly sophisticated, international law firm specializing in several industries, focusing on commercial real estate transactions.
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a real estate paralegal, preferably in both residential and commercial transactions.
Familiarity with title insurance, real estate financing, and settlement procedures.
Strong understanding of real estate law and legal procedures.
Proficiency in legal research and case management software (e.g., PACER, CCAP).
Paralegal certificate or equivalent education required.
Notary Public certification is a plus.
