Job Description
We are looking for a paralegal consultant to work on long-horizon tasks that mirror personal legal and admin work. The ideal candidate will have expertise in residential lease review, consumer insurance policy comparison, employment offer letter review, small claims or consumer disputes, or estate document organization.
Requirements
3+ years as a paralegal, legal ops professional, or attorney.
Expertise in residential lease review, consumer insurance policy comparison, employment offer letter review, small claims or consumer disputes, or estate document organization.
Comfortable with personal-legal artifacts: redlines, dispute letters, comparison summaries, checklist packets.
Clear written communication; ability to articulate reasoning step by step and encode it into deterministic rubrics.
